Testimony

I came to the New Believers Class through a friend. Before then, I was spiritually weak, I struggled to read God’s word, prayed without faith, and was confused and scared about my future. I carried anger, easily got offended by people at work, and held deep unforgiveness toward my dad and my past. I also had a wrong mindset that led to low self-esteem, believing whatever would be, would be.

I come from a Grace church, and many doctrines I had listened to conflicted with my walk with God. But through NBC, I’ve learnt how to filter messages and get the right understanding of God.

My faith was badly shaken years ago after I prayed fervently for someone dear to me to be healed, but her arm was amputated. Though her life was still a testimony, that experience left me doubting prayer for years.

Since joining NBC, everything has changed. My faith is now solid, my dependence is fully on God, and I know my purpose. Anger has turned to peace, I no longer get offended easily, even at work. I’ve forgiven my dad and let go of my past. I’m now conscious of sin, have a right mindset, and know I can become something great.

Truly, if you attend NBC faithfully, your life will never remain the same. I give God all the glory.
