Testimony

Before joining the New Believers Class, my life was very inconsistent. I was rude and arrogant, often talking back to my mother to the point of making her cry. I loved visiting guys, lying came naturally to me, sometimes I would already have lies planned before even stepping out of the house. I got so bad that my family once held a meeting just because of how wayward I had become.

I surrounded myself with the latest “hot girls,” went to parties, organised them, and dated guys who only wanted sex. But by God’s grace, I never gave in. I was addicted to kissing any guy I met, and my life felt completely off track.

Then I started attending NBC. Now, by God’s help, I can pray and hear God myself. The Holy Spirit even warned me about an accident that almost happened, He literally pulled me back from being hit by a speeding car!

My friendships have also changed; I no longer associate with people who drag me backward. Even my friends and family have noticed and they see the difference in my dressing, my thinking, and my reactions. Recently, my mum said this class is really impacting my life, after hearing me respond to her with Scripture.

Today, I’m no longer rude or quick to anger. I’ve lost interest in useless relationships, and kissing random guys now disgusts me. I also discovered I have a gift of seeing or knowing about death, but only after NBC, I learnt I can pray to cancel it. I now read the Bible, receive revelations, and involve the Holy Spirit in everything I do.

I give God all the glory for completely transforming my life.
