Christ is my firm foundation
I heard about NBC through a close friend. Though I grew up in a Christian home, got saved at 12, and was even baptized at Full Gospel Mission, I didn’t truly understand what Christ’s death meant until I joined NBC. Those first classes changed everything, helping me know who God really is and why I should serve Him.
Before NBC, I couldn’t speak to anyone about God. But recently at work, I led a patient to understand who Christ is, just as we were taught in NBC!
NBC has also helped me understand spiritual things better. I used to think certain experiences after prayer were attacks, until I learned about demons and the second realm.
God is working on me daily. I’ve struggled with procrastination, jealousy, lust, and easily falling for men. But now I see change. Even with no salary for four months, I’ve learned to trust God’s timing instead of comparing myself with others.
I urge everyone to take NBC seriously. It builds a solid foundation in Christ and teaches you to truly know God’s Word for yourself. Thank you NBC. God bless you.
